Yes. FanPing credits expire after 30 days unless FanPing states otherwise.
Can fans get refunds?
FanPing does not provide general cash refunds for used credits unless required by law or approved by FanPing.
How do creators earn?
Creators earn from accepted paid requests after FanPing platform fees and payment rules.
What is FanPing’s platform fee?
Free creators: 23%, Starter creators: 18%, Plus creators: 15%.
Can unsafe requests be reported?
Yes. Fans and creators can report unsafe, abusive, illegal, suspicious, or exploitative activity.
Is FanPing responsible if a creator does not respond?
FanPing provides the marketplace tool. Creators are responsible for their own availability, profile claims, and accepted requests.
