FanPing Credits

FanPing uses credits for paid creator requests.
Credits can be used for paid pings, private call requests, and custom offers.
Buying FanPing credits
Fans can buy credits from their account.
Credits appear in the fan dashboard after successful payment.
If payment fails, credits are not added.
Using credits
Credits are used when a fan sends a paid request to a creator.
The required credit amount depends on:
- creator price
- request type
- custom offer amount
- current FanPing rules
Credit expiry
FanPing credits expire after 30 days unless FanPing states otherwise.
Expired credits cannot be used after the expiry period.
Credits are not cash
FanPing credits are not money, bank balance, cryptocurrency, or stored cash.
Credits can only be used inside FanPing.
Expired or declined requests
If a request expires or is declined, credit handling follows FanPing’s refund and expiry policy.
