Age Limits

FanPing has age rules to protect users and reduce unsafe activity.

Under 13

Children under 13 are not allowed to submit personal data on FanPing.

FanPing does not allow children under 13 to submit names, emails, custom messages, creator applications, or payment-related information.

Under 18

Users under 18 may not make payment decisions without a parent or guardian.

FanPing does not allow unauthorized minor purchases and may restrict accounts or payments when age-related risk is detected.

Creator eligibility

Creators must meet FanPing’s creator eligibility rules.

If creator payouts or verification require additional checks, creators must follow those rules.

Data removal

If FanPing learns that a child under 13 submitted personal data, FanPing will remove or handle that data according to FanPing’s child safety rules and applicable requirements.
